Save the Children Japan

BRANDING

Save the Children Japan, an NGO for children. Their productions range from annual activity reports to monthly newsletters reporting on their activities to fundraising flyers.

Since 2014, Seitaro Design has been assisting with the branding of Save the Children Japan by providing art direction, design, and print direction for all of its productions, with the following three key points

(1) Formulation of design regulations
In order to transmit a consistent brand image, we established rules for selecting fonts and photographic materials, while at the same time establishing new design regulations and constantly updating them.

(2) Planning and design of communication strategies
We designed the message and design based on a bird’s eye view of the entire year’s production, rather than taking each production as a stand-alone piece.

3) Printing direction
We reexamined the details again, such as creating original paint for brand colors that were difficult to reproduce and unify, and operated and managed the website while preparing various regulations to convey a unified impression through color and paper.
